CASHIER
Collect money, settle and close accounts on a day-to-day basis in an effective and efficient manner. Prepares daily bank deposits and assists and/or oversee Brinks pick up. Requirements: At least six months of cashier and/or teller experience required. Adequate vision for reading small print on invoices and computer screens. Must be able to sit and stand for long periods of time. Must possess good computer, math, and data entry skills. Occasional lifting up to 20 pounds.
FORKLIFT OPERATOR
Responsibilities include unloading pallets from trucks and trains, retrieving pallets via forklift and/or hand stacking products, and preparing orders for delivery by sealing products with shrink-wrap. This position requires an individual who is safety minded, has basic math skills and accurate with numbers. Requirements: 1 year of Forklift experience required. Forklift certification strongly preferred. HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Forklift Operators operate a 2500, 3000, or 6000 pound capacity forklift. Forklift Operators must be able to lift, carry or otherwise move and position product(s) weighing up to 75 pounds.
NIGHT LOADER
Responsibilities include loading pallets onto trucks, retrieving pallets via forklift and/or hand pick products, and preparing orders for delivery by sealing products with shrink-wrap. OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Directly reports to the Operations Manager. Is responsible for Payroll and keeping track of attendance within the Delivery and Warehouse Departments. Performs routine office and clerical support tasks according to well-established procedures. Runs daily route reports, creates and tracks Purchase orders for department needs. Verifies receiving reports and runs daily out of stock report. Various clerical duties and follow up on DNC deliveries. Must have a good foundation in excel and Microsoft programs.
2 yr minimum related experience and must have a high school degree. Some college strongly preferred.
POINT OF SALE
Responsibilites include installing all of our permanent POS out in the market place. Installs permanent POS signs / signage. Work with tools for putting up signs / signage. Be able to occasionally work weekends. Education High School diploma or equivalent. Experience/Requirements: Valid Driver’s License. Good communication skills. Ability to apply common sense understanding to interact with others and carry out instructions. Basic Math skills. Must be able to utlize tools and a ladder. Must be able to sit for long periods of time and/or talk or listen. Use hand to finger motion or feel and reach with hands and arms. Typically bends, stoops and crouches on a regular basis. Must be able to lift, carry, or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 75 pounds.
ROUTE DELIVERY DRIVER
Responsible for delivering product within a specified area and handling account transactions in an efficient, prompt and courteous manner. Requirements: Drive a truck with a capacity of a maximum of 80,000 GVW for CDL A operators or up to 33,000 GVW for CDL B operators. Good driving record and stable work history required. At least three months of delivery experience. Beverage distribution background a plus. Good communication and math skills needed. HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred. Must be able to lift, move and/or position objects weighing up to 80 pounds.
SALES REPRESENTATIVE
The Sales Representative is responsible for managing accounts, organizing and pre-planning daily activities as well as following the selling systems, structures, techniques and call frequency schedules to address the needs and requirements of the marketplace. Must have at least 1 year in sales, preferably in wholesale distribution. Wine experience background a plus! HS Diploma required, college degree preferred. Bi-lingual a plus!
